Ingredients
1 package (12 ounces) tortellini
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium orange bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 cups shredded skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat
1 1/2 cups red grapes
1 1/3 cups low sodium marinara pasta sauce
1/2 cup reduced fat ranch dressing
Directions

1. Prepare tortellini as label directs; drain, rinse with cold water and cool completely. In large bowl, toss tortellini and oil

 

2. Fill containers by dividing pepper and zucchini into 1 compartment, chicken into 1 compartment, grapes into 1 compartment, sauce into 1 compartment, dressing into 1 compartment and tortellini into remaining compartment; cover with lids and refrigerate up to 5 days
